Testimonials

Happy Mom

My daughter received counseling which has facilitated her ability to express concerns in a positive manner.

She now writes down thoughts in a journal. Prior to therapy, her behavior was considered impulsive. The therapist recommended a lot of relaxation and reflection techniques that allowed her to process her thoughts before immediately reacting.

I appreciate how the therapist is willing to schedule appointments at convenient times to those who work late. Also, she is willing to communicate by telephone and email, if needed.

On a scale from 1-5

(5 being the highest)

 I would definitely rate a 5.
